Description
On 21st November 2025, Swoboda Research Centre brought together 140 practitioners, researchers, suppliers and partners at Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building for Leading Innovation – a conference exploring how credit unions can innovate while staying grounded in co-operative purpose. These proceedings capture the full day: a frank assessment of the state of British credit unions from Dr Paul A. Jones, the Irish perspective from David Malone, George Hofheimer‘s keynote on doing innovation right, and sessions on AI, supplier partnerships, the new i4 incubator and emerging fintech. A recurring theme was collaboration as the route to moving more credit unions into the ‘fast lane’ of growth.
